Using JobSnap

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account, password, devices and all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

The service

JobSnap helps tradespeople organise job details, photos, checklists, reports, customer links and recaps. Features and limits differ by plan and are shown on our Pricing page. We may improve, change or discontinue features, but will not remove a material paid feature without reasonable notice where practicable.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to operate and improve JobSnap. You confirm that you have permission to upload the content, including customer information and photographs taken on site.

Acceptable use

You must not use JobSnap unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, upload malicious or harmful material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, bypass plan limits, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on JobSnap.

Paid plans and trials

Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. A free trial converts to the stated paid yearly plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You authorise our payment provider to take recurring payments using your selected method.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by JobSnap. Your bank statement may show the charge as LINK.COM* JOBSNAP.

You may cancel through the billing controls in JobSnap. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then. Failed payments may be retried and paid features may be restricted if payment remains outstanding.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription payments. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund and how refunds are processed.

Reports, links and AI output

You are responsible for checking reports, customer links, summaries and AI-generated recaps before relying on or sharing them. They may contain errors and are not professional, legal, safety or compliance advice.

Availability

We aim to keep JobSnap available and protect stored content, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Keep copies of records you are legally or professionally required to retain.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that materially breaches these terms, creates a security risk, or is used unlawfully. You may stop using JobSnap and cancel your subscription at any time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, JobSnap Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or loss caused by content you upload or share. Our total liability relating to paid use of JobSnap is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
