If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to subscription payments, including the first yearly charge after a free trial. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at JobSnapLimited@gmail.com with your account email, the payment date and the reason for your request. Do not include full card details.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Approved refunds are normally completed within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancelling after a refund

A refund ends your paid subscription. You can keep using JobSnap on the free JobSnap Lite plan, and you can subscribe again at any time from the Pricing page.

Annual subscription free trials

Annual JobSnap Pro and JobSnap Ultimate subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Monthly subscriptions do not include a free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the yearly charge. If the trial converts and payment is taken, that payment is covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee.

Your legal rights

If you are a UK consumer, you may also have a statutory right to cancel an online contract within 14 days. The 30-day money-back guarantee is in addition to these rights and does not limit them.
