How we use information
We use information to provide and secure JobSnap, store and organise your job records, create reports and customer links, manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent misuse and improve the service. Where you ask the Ultimate assistant to create a recap, the relevant job content is processed to produce that recap.
Our legal bases
We process information where it is necessary to perform our contract with you, meet a legal obligation, or pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time.
Who receives information
We use trusted providers for hosting, file storage, payments, email delivery, error monitoring and artificial intelligence processing. They may process information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law or as part of a business sale or reorganisation.
Customer share links are accessible to anyone who has the unique link. You control when those links are created and shared.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use recognised safeguards such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
Storage and retention
We keep account and job information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed for legal, security and accounting purposes afterwards. You may delete individual jobs and photos in JobSnap. Backups and transaction records may remain for a limited period.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict your information, object to certain processing, and receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security and your responsibilities
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. No online service is completely risk-free, so keep your password confidential and take care when sharing customer links or uploading sensitive material.
Children
JobSnap is intended for people aged 18 or over and is not directed at children.
